Turkey & Cranberry Sliders: A Fall Favorite from Our Kitchen

At Navigate Real Estate, we love sharing simple pleasures—and sometimes, that starts in the kitchen. This month’s Taste of the Season is a cozy crowd-pleaser: Turkey & Cranberry Sliders. They’re warm, savory, slightly sweet, and packed with all the flavors we love about fall in one bite-sized sandwich.

Whether you’re whipping these up for a casual Friendsgiving, game day snack, or just looking for a delicious way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers, these sliders are always a hit. Plus, they come together in minutes and can be made ahead for stress-free hosting or easy lunches.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or any soft slider buns)

  • ¾ lb sliced turkey (leftover roasted turkey works beautifully!)

  • 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.

  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the baking dish.

  3. Spread Dijon mustard over the bottom half of the rolls.

  4. Layer on turkey, cheese, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

  5. Add the top halves of the rolls, then brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes until golden and melty.

Pro Tip: These reheat beautifully, making them a great next-day lunch or snack.

From our Navigate family to yours, we hope this easy recipe brings warmth to your table and joy to your gatherings this fall. Don’t forget to tag us if you make them—we’d love to see your sliders in action!
