Hi, I'm Evan Ashcraft. Having been born and raised in Orange County, spent time at UC Riverside earning a degree in biochemistry, and now living in San Diego, I have broad experience across Southern California. My career and passion for real estate started while working in the medical field, where I found myself naturally guiding colleagues through finding their path into buying their first home. That experience sparked a drive in me that I continue to bring to every client, whether they're buying their first home or expanding their real estate portfolio.

As a dual-career agent working in both healthcare and real estate, I bring a unique perspective and experience to serve my clients. I strive to uphold integrity, drive, and a genuine commitment to helping my clients navigate the world of real estate. Having learned from some of the best in the business, including the leadership team here at Navigate Real Estate, I want to make your real estate journey approachable and walk you through every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, I spend my free time with my wife and friends camping, hiking, doing triathlons, and trying new food places!
