Born and raised in California, Mariah brings heart, discipline, and a deep commitment to service—shaped by her experience as both a law enforcement officer and a proud spouse of a United States Marine and fellow member of law enforcement. She is also a devoted mother of two and has spent nearly a decade serving the law enforcement community from both a personal and professional perspective.
Mariah’s passion for real estate began after purchasing her first home, where she discovered how powerful the process of homeownership can be. Helping clients find not just a house, but a place to build their future, raise families, and create lasting memories quickly became her calling. She believes that being a great real estate agent means far more than opening doors and writing contracts—it means being a knowledgeable advisor, a steady guide, and a source of confidence throughout every step of the journey.
Her commitment to excellence has been recognized within Navigate Real Estate, where she received a distinguished internal award presented by Matt Hilliard for her dedication, growth, and service to clients. Mariah combines her real-world experience with a strong educational background, having earned her Associate’s degree in Health and Human Services and Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Mount Saint Mary’s University, followed by a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
Outside of real estate, Mariah cherishes time with her family and watching her children grow. She enjoys cheering on the Dodgers and the Cowboys, experiencing new adventures—from rodeos to airplanes—and channeling her creativity as the owner of MJ’s Balloon Creations LLC, a small business based in Moreno Valley.
With a genuine passion for helping others, a strong foundation of service, and a thoughtful, hands-on approach, Mariah is a trusted real estate professional dedicated to guiding her clients with care, confidence, and purpose.
