Matthew Hilliard is the founder and operating partner of Navigate Real Estate, a Southern California brokerage built on integrity, strategic representation, and client-focused service. Originally from Missouri, Matt later relocated to Irvine, where he was educated and developed strong ties throughout Orange County before ultimately calling Norco home in 2018. Today, he leads a brokerage with more than 100 years of combined real estate experience and over $200 million in closed sales across Southern California.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate and over 100 homes personally sold, Matt has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor known for strategic negotiation, innovative marketing, and steady leadership in complex transactions. His ability to combine analytical decision-making with strong interpersonal communication has made him a respected advocate for buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families alike. Drawing from his background in law enforcement, Matt brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to every transaction.

Matt has been recognized among the Top 150 Real Estate Agents in the Inland Empire and featured in Inland Empire Real Producers magazine. He also holds several respected industry designations, including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), reflecting his commitment to professional development and high-level client representation.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Matt served as a police officer in Los Angeles and continues to maintain strong ties within the law enforcement community. Service remains central to both his professional and personal life. He is married to a trauma ICU nurse, and together they have a son who serves as an emergency room physician in San Diego.

Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys supporting the St. Louis Cardinals and local Little League programs, gardening, and spending time with his family and animals at home in Norco.
